How long does delivery take for hardware purchases?
For standard stock items (Laptops, Printers, Components), delivery within major South African centers typically takes 2-4 business days. Specialized or custom-ordered hardware may take 7-14 business days. We will provide an exact ETA upon quotation.
What is your refund/return policy for ICT Equipment?
We accept returns on defective hardware within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund. Software licenses are strictly non-refundable once activated. For non-defective returns, a handling fee may apply and items must be in unopened, original packaging.
Do you offer onsite repairs?
Yes! While we do accept device drop-ins at our workshop, our technicians can be dispatched for onsite repairs, network troubleshooting, and installations across Gauteng (We can arrange for any enquiries outside Gauteng with no hasle). A call-out fee applies based on location.
Can I book a device in for repair without registering an account?
Absolutely. We have a streamlined Repair Booking form that allows anyone to log a fault and drop their device off. No mandatory account creation is required for service bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders, we accept standard Credit/Debit cards, Instant EFT, and Masterpass via our secure PayFast gateway. For corporate clients on managed service contracts, we offer EFT terms subject to approval.
